Spa Policy

· All therapists are NY State Licensed.

· All major credit cards accepted.

· Gratuities are accepted in cash only.

· We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to permit the correct amount of time for your treatments.

· All reservations are secured by a credit card or gift certificate number. A 24-hour cancellation/change notice is required for single services and 48 hour notice for multiple appointments.

· No-shows, cancellations/changes made after the required time are subject to full service charge.
